Clothes swapping: how does it work?
Are you new to the world of swapping clothes? Then we’d like to explain how The Swapshop works! Bring a maximum of five items (clothing, shoes or accessories) to the store. Here the Swapshop staff checks if your items are clean and how much they are worth. The type of item, its condition, brand, material and style determine the value and thus how many swaps you receive. In your account on the website, you can easily keep track of your swaps. After registering and filling out your details in the app, you will receive 10 swaps as a gift!
After handing in your clothing, the swap party can begin! Browse around the store and buy clothes from other swappers! Discover second hand clothes in different styles: from basics and casual to funky or chic but also vintage and designer items are available! In the store you will find not only women’s clothing but also a range of menswear!

Didn’t find anything during your shopping trip? Don’t worry, because your swaps are valid indefinitely. Moreover, the swap collection changes constantly.
