The majority of the fabrics are sourced from Italian producers. Souâd Feriani emphasizes fabric quality, opting only for recycled materials for some knitwear due to concerns about their quality. Mixing various materials in a single fabric can strengthen it or add other desirable properties, yet complicates its recyclability. In contrast, monomaterials like 100% cotton garments are simpler to recycle.

The clothes are designed personally by Souâd in her Belgian studio. Production takes place in Italy, Romania, Tunisia and also partly in Belgium. The brand also works with suppliers and producers from Italy, the United States, Egypt and Japan.

While most of the production occurs in Europe, sourcing materials from distant suppliers significantly broadens the supply chain.

Souâd Feriani scores low in terms of animal welfare. The brand incorporates wool and silk in their collections but does not disclose the origin of these materials. Consequently, COSH! Cannot confirm the conditions under which these materials were sourced.

The brand operates independently of the typical seasonal collections, opting instead to design based on colour groups. Unique pieces feature the designer’s hand-drawn artwork on shirts and dresses. This Belgian label doesn’t follow the usual fashion seasons or sales periods. Instead, they have an annual pop-up sale where some items are discounted. Since they produce in small quantities, only a limited number of pieces are available at these events.
