Let’s Do Goods is a Social Enterprise. This means that they operate with the primary goal of achieving social, environmental, or community-based objectives:
1. The brand partners with ‘outsider artists’ who’ve faced the trials of homelessness, mental health struggles, or addictions.
2. For every pair of socks sold, Let’s Do Goods donates a pair to people in need through collaborations with organisations and charities such as Salvation Army, Quiet and through food banks.
3. The brand set up their own Social Sock Factory in The Hague in collaboration with the Salvation Army. Here, all ‘donation socks’ are made with recycled materials, in the Netherlands, made by and for people living on the streets. The homeless volunteers are responsible for ironing, washing and packaging the socks for donation.
4. The commercially available socks are ethically produced by European standards in Portugal.
