At KRO Uniforms, they use recycled and organic materials in their products. For their uniforms, they use materials such as organic cotton and recycled polyester.

In addition, each uniform they manufacture is designed and produced specifically according to the needs and requirements of each customer, which allows them to maintain exhaustive control over their production and minimise textile waste. By not creating overstock, they reduce the possibility of having unused surplus, which contributes to a more sustainable and responsible management.

Some of the garments they produce are mono-material, which facilitates subsequent recycling. 

On the other hand, other work uniforms may be made of a combination of selected materials, such as organic cotton and recycled polyester. Unfortunately, such blends make it difficult to recycle the clothing at the end of its useful life.

However, this combination of polyester with another material can ensure that the garment is more durable and retains its shape over time.

All their production takes place nationally, in Barcelona, which reinforces their commitment to the local economy and allows them to significantly reduce the carbon footprint associated with long-distance transport of goods.

In addition, they work closely with a number of fabric suppliers in Barcelona, thus supporting the local supply chain. Everything from the purchase of fabrics to the manufacture and distribution of their uniforms is carried out from Barcelona.

At KRO Uniforms, they are committed to using materials that are animal and environmentally friendly. In production, they prioritise the use of animal-free materials, such as organic cotton and recycled polyester.

However, if a customer requests details or components of animal origin, they are willing to comply with their request. It is worth noting that their level of commitment to animals is so high that these complements represent 0.01% of their sales. They always make sure to select suppliers that meet high standards of quality and ethics in the sourcing of these materials, ensuring that they come from responsible sources.
