WORKING CONDITIONS & LIVING WAGES
AR.M is led by a team of three passionate women. In Antwerp, Amina welcomes customers to the flagship store with a warm smile and expert advice. In the Athens atelier, skilled goldsmith Sophia handcrafts every piece of jewellery with love and dedication. Founder and designer Anna Rosa Moschouti divides her time between Antwerp and Athens, ensuring a strong connection between creativity and craftsmanship.
The majority of AR.M jewellery is crafted in-house at the brand’s atelier in Athens, ensuring a transparent and ethical supply chain. The jewellery is handmade by directly employed goldsmiths, avoiding the involvement of major external manufacturers. In Belgium, the brand operates a storefront and collaborates only with small-scale suppliers or manufacturers to maintain control and transparency over production.
