Marble Berriez

All Marble Berriez garments are produced in The Netherlands. This ensures ethical working conditions and keeps the ecological footprint as low as possible. The Tencel fabrics are printed in the Netherlands with unique prints that you will only find in theirs.

The sewing of the garments is also done in a workshop in North Holland. The family business has a passion for the craft and has been around for 35 years. Therefore you can be sure that your dress is made in an honest way and with great craftsmanship.

The Marble Berriez dresses are made of 100% Tencel, a material derived from sustainably managed eucalyptus forests. The advantage to Tencel is that it can be produced in a closed loop system. This means that over 99% of the water and solvents used in the process are captured and reused

Marble Berriez also looked for the most sustainable option for the zippers and buttons. For example, they work with recycled materials including recycled polyester and hemp.

The dresses are made of the same material (namely 100% Tencel). A big plus, because this makes them easier to recycle. In addition, they are perfectly in line with a circular way of thinking, where raw materials are kept in the loop as long as possible.
