The vintage hotspots of Rotterdam
Do you have plans to visit Rotterdam? Or do you live in Rotterdam, but you don’t know where to shop the best vintage gems? We are happy to share some tips with you! In this article we will inspire you with the most unique vintage shops in Rotterdam. No old stuff, but high-end vintage!
High-end vintage brands
Another gem of a vintage designer store! Maison Maas specialized in second-hand designer clothing and accessories, but he’s also highlighting items from local designers in his store. Maas, the owner of the store, also has his own label. Visit Maas’ store at the Zwaanhalskwartier in Rotterdam. We would highly recommend it to visit because this street is filled with the coolest vintage and second-hand shops.
Vintage clothing
If you are in the Zaagmolenkade neighborhood, you definitely should visit the vintage collection at SHOWROOM41. For years, the owners Ed and Lione have been collecting the most unique items, from clothing and shoes to sunglasses and other accessories. Lione is also a fashion designer and creates the most unique garments for her own label L.I.O.N.E, using vintage and leftover materials.
Vintage designer clothes
Who will enter this store for the first time might not think it’s a vintage store. At Vinnie Vintage, you’ll find high-quality vintage designer clothing and accessories from Italian and English brands. Think of vintage Burberry trench coats, Gucci sunglasses, or blouses from Valentino and Emporio Armani.
Vintage merkkleding
Curated vintage by Mother and Daughter. How cool is that! You will find the Céno Classics store in the “vintage street” of Rotterdam: the Zwaanhals. As the name suggests, it’s hard to say “no” to the items hanging in their store. They sell high-quality and pre-loved items to support your sustainable lifestyle.
Vintage and upcycled items
At Hidden Youth in Rotterdam, you can find a unique vintage collection. The store, owned by Evana, is not a “hidden gem” in the second-hand paradise on Zaagmolenkade. Her vintage gems shine in the shop window! Evana is a designer herself and also upcycles vintage clothing that she sells in the store. The collection consists of high-quality materials and unique details. She regularly goes on buying trips to London, Paris, and Antwerp to score new vintage gems there!
