Your Role
As our Marketing & Community Coordinator, you play a central role in connecting consumers and citizens with the amazing COSH! community. You ensure our message is spread in a clear, engaging way and that our members feel supported and valued.
Without you, our marketing campaigns wouldn’t reach the right people, our events wouldn’t run as smoothly, and our members wouldn’t receive the attention they deserve.
What You’ll Do
- Create and schedule engaging social media content across different platforms and channels.
- Write and send trigger emails, newsletters, marketing automations and updates to our members and followers.
- Support members by managing dashboards, answering questions, and ensuring their success.
- Assist in creating video content and storytelling campaigns.
- Coordinate and help organise events and member meet-ups.
- Write SEO-optimised articles and blog posts to boost COSH!’s visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to optimise our impact.
- You are the link between COSH! and our members, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
Who are you?
- You have 1 – 5 years of experience in marketing, communication, or account management.
- Canva is your playground, you are familiar with the latest developments in social media and know how to make content snackable, tailored to the COSH! audience and tone of voice.
- You’re familiar with CRM tools, email automation, social media scheduling, and SEO basics.
- You enjoy working in a coordinating role: juggling content, member support, and events energises you.
- You’re a strong communicator in English and Dutch
- You are creative, proactive, and have an eye for detail.
- You care deeply about sustainability, circular fashion, and positive impact.
