Your Role
As Marketing & Community Assistant, you’ll support the Belgian marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating events, ensuring customer success and engaging communities across Belgium. You’ll help translate sustainability into engaging actions and stories.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Help to coordinate logistics for local pop-ups, fairs, meet-ups and workshops.
- Prepare newsletters, visuals, and social media posts.
- Write and translate SEO-optimised articles and blog posts to boost COSH!’s visibility.
- Assisting in the onboarding of new clients, copywriting and translating, according to the COSH! Style and the client’s unique selling points.
- Update contact databases and press lists.
- Help ensure customer success by monitoring & updating client dashboards.
- Monitor and publish community and retailers’ events.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree, background or ongoing studies in marketing, communication, business management or similar.
- You are creative, proactive, and have an eye for detail.
- Hands-on with Canva, Capcut, Meta tools, or newsletter platforms.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Passion for sustainability and clear communication.
