COSH! is looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team in Belgium.
You’ll play an essential role in keeping our daily operations, marketing, and community activities running smoothly, from event publishing to newsletter creation and data management.

Your Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes, including ensuring accurate and detailed data entry, publishing events, translating texts, and creating weekly newsletters. You’ll work closely with our team of community managers, marketers and project managers, assisting with administrative tasks that help COSH! grow its impact.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Publish member events, pop-ups, and collaborations on the COSH! platform.
- Upload new publications and ensure data accuracy in dashboards and CRM tools.
- Maintain and update contact lists and data entries of our partners and member stores.
- Write, proofread, and translate store texts, articles, and event descriptions.
- Prepare weekly newsletters based on provided topics and content, ensuring alignment with COSH!’s sustainability tone of voice.
- Translate or adapt existing texts between English, Dutch, and French for our platform and marketing channels.
- Provide general administrative support for marketing and community projects (reports, invoices, scheduling, and logistics).

- Google Workspace, Notion, Slack
- ClickUp (CRM system) and COSH! internal dashboards
- Craft CMS (website backend)
- ActiveCampaign (newsletter platform)
What We’re Looking For
- A structured and reliable team player who enjoys supporting others.
- Excellent written communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus).
- Basic experience in writing, editing or translating texts.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems quickly.
- Eye for detail and interest in sustainability, fashion, and circular economy.
- A degree in marketing, business management, fashion technology, communication, or administration or equivalent experience. (Students in their final year are also welcome to apply!)
