COSH! is a tech scale-up aiming to create a paradigm shift in fashion by making Conscious Shopping easy. We believe that with the help of technology and if all actors, including governments, consumers, brands and retailers, work together, a shift towards an ethical and circular economy can be achieved. To work towards that, we are creating tech tools to support the above mentioned stakeholders to make their journey easier.

WHAT IS REQUIRED?
- Knowledge of sustainability and environmental issues: Understanding of sustainable development, environmental protection, and related topics.
- Creative problem-solving: Ability to identify (and solve) complex sustainability challenges and develop (potential) innovative solutions.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and information and use it to inform decision making.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service and support: Ability to provide effective, efficient but also customer friendly support to retail customers, business customers and/or community members.
- Content creation: Ability to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience on different media like the website, social media and more.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal native language and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization. Focus on the native language of the country you’re coordinating and English language.
- Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize effectively, plan and meet deadlines.
- Marketing: Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key individuals and organizations in the community.
- Stakeholder engagement: Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including community members, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and business partners, including local retailers, to promote sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities
- You are the main point of contact for our retail members. You reach out through marketing funnels or by in-person visits to all prospective stores.
- You get to know them, evaluate their sustainability, explain COSH!‘s benefits and close the deal so they become members of the platform benefitting from both online (www.cosh.eco) as well as offline visibility (maps and tours)
- You write their pages in their native languages, mainly in the native language of your country and translating this into English and prepare their online (Google Optimised) pages on COSH!. After their approval, you send it via our PM tool to your colleagues for translation or, depending on your workload, you translate yourself
- You are responsible for the printed shopping guides, meaning that throughout the year you focus on onboarding stores in specific city areas.
- You prepare the native language press release(s) (copywriting)
- You curate and maintain press contacts (once the business grows, support will come)
- You might be responsible for the social media in your country at first.
- You are the single point of contact for people booking sustainable fashion and circular economy tours and you coordinate the freelancers.
- You set-up partnership with city councils.
- Success is measured by 10 – 15 monthly monthly store onboardings. Flawless PM of the printed shopping guide, and minimal churn.

- Social media management: Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing and updating various social media accounts.
