SYLD STORE Berlin

Since the autumn of 2017, SYLD, in the heart of Berlin, has become a vibrant hub for local craftsmanship, design, and art. A small, dedicated team is at the forefront of supporting local designers and artists. Spanning over 100 m², the stylishly designed store showcases an impressive array of creations from about 20 local talents, predominantly in clothing and featuring accessories such as jewellery, bags, harnesses, and headpieces.

Every label sold at SYLD must feature at least one sustainable aspect, whether it uses locally recycled or upcycled plastic fibres or adheres to zero-waste principles. 

SYLD’s ​“Easy Line” line is crafted in-store from residual materials. Additionally, ​“Second Life” pieces are offered: upgraded vintage clothing given a new lease of life.

SYLD promotes local design and craftsmanship, creating space and attention for extraordinary works. The team advises you with heart and soul, always eager to fulfil your wishes.

Just three months after opening, tip Berlin, Germany’s largest city magazine, listed SYLD as one of the ​“16 best shops for fashion design” – the only store from Friedrichshain to make the list.
