The collections are divided into “books” and make up the narrative items with innovative details. Elsien is an Arnhem-based designer with her beautiful atelier in Arnhem’s Fashion Quarter Klarendal.
For Elsien, it is important that clothes revolve around essence and are produced in a more responsible way. All her products are made-to-order, which means she only makes what is needed and forms a counter-movement towards over production. Production takes place in the Netherlands and most of the materials come from the local area to minimise the carbon footprint and optimise local impact.
