Do you love airy summer clothing with unique prints? Then take a look at the Amsterdam fair fashion clothing brand Guave. Their love for Javanese batik fabrics results in a collection with beautiful batik prints. The batiks are made in an ethical way by small and independent batik companies in Indonesia. In this way they contribute to maintaining this traditional craft. The collection itself is produced in the Netherlands, through collaborations with the Gildelab and Enschede Textielstad.
You can shop the collection through their webshop. Would you like to visit their studio/atelier in Amsterdam-West and try on a piece of clothing? Then make an appointment on Wednesday or Friday via this link. You will be welcomed by the founders of Guave: Romée Mulder and Myrthe Groot.
