The De Lokatie Foundation was established with that idea in 1996. The aim is to boost the socio-economic opportunities of people with psychiatric or psychosocial conditions.

This branch of De Lokatie at Distelweg 85 in Amsterdam North has a lot of second-hand clothing and also sells books and furniture. Take the ferry to cross over to the North and enjoy some second-hand shopping! De Lokatie also has two other branches, another one in Amsterdam North and one in Amsterdam East.
