No standard sizes, but sustainable clothing made exactly to your body! At Atalyé in Amsterdam-West they understand that not all bodies are the same, so they make made-to-measure clothing using the innovative technology 3D body scanning.
How does it work? Before you go shopping, you make an appointment to have a 3D body scan made. This is possible in the studio of Atalyé in the Hallen Amsterdam and it is also possible to do the scan at home, but it is less accurate. The 3D body scan shows the exact measurements of your body, so that you can choose a garment that fits your size. The scan only takes 30 seconds and the whole process is done in less than 5 minutes.
After the scan you can choose from several designs that you can customize yourself. Choose your favorite design blouse or dress and select a color and fabric of your choice. Your design will be made locally in Amsterdam, by seamstresses in the Atalyé studio. The making of the garment takes from a few hours to a few days, depending on the volume. When the item is ready, you can pick it up or it will be sent to you.
In addition to ethical and local production in Amsterdam, Atalyé also works with sustainable fabrics. They mostly work with tencel, organic cotton, recycled polyester or deadstock materials. Would you also like a tailor-made garment? Then make an appointment and visit Atalyé’s studio.
