Welcome aboard Captain Cork. This "corky" shop in Antwerp was designed by founder Ina De Quint to emulate a ship cabin. The wooden features act as the perfect background for all of the cork accessories dotted about. In addition to handbags, sustainable mouth masks and backpacks, the store also has a range of home decor and trinkets all made from cork obviously. Cork is the most eco-friendly alternative to leather so by buying a new cork bag, you’re actually helping the planet! How awesome is that?

Ina wants to give her customers the ultimate shopping experience whilst shining a light on her father who inspired the whole venture. The shop has many features and memorabilia from her father’s days as a captain...spot the ladder and wooden barrel! All of these earthy materials combined with the cosy lighting she has installed lends itself to the perfect sustainable shopping experience.
