Learn to Mend: Sewing Basics at Studio Stik

Don’t know how to sew on a button, or found a small hole in a favourite piece of clothing? Studio Stik’s Leerlab Textiel is a recurring afternoon session where visitors can learn basic sewing and mending techniques in a relaxed, drop-in setting. No experience needed, just bring along whatever needs a fix and get hands-on guidance from the team.

Studio Stik is an open textile workshop space located inside the Kringwinkel on Sint-Jakobsstraat in Bruges. It’s a place for anyone who enjoys getting creative with needle and thread, whether that means patching up a favourite garment, giving it a new look, or turning it into something different altogether.

Sessions take place on the second Wednesday afternoon of the month and are free to attend, with no registration required.
