Tufting workshop
For centuries, Bruges was the beating heart of artisanal textile work, where weavers created beautiful fabrics and tapestries with care and dedication. They continue the rich heritage with a modern twist with their tufting workshop.
What is tufting:
Tufting is an exciting creative technique where you shoot yarn through a cloth with a tuftingun, creating a handmade tapestry. The advantage is that you can create beautiful textures and designs by playing with different yarns, colours and shapes.
For whom:
The workshop is aimed at anyone who feels like exploring their creative side. In addition, it is also the ideal activity for a team-buiding, bachelor party, birthday party or family get-together.
When:
- Wednesday from 1pm to 4pm or from 5.30pm to 8.30pm
- Friday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. or from 5.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
- Saturday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
What to expect.
- First, you will get an expert explanation on how to use the tuftinggun.
- Then you can explore the tuftinggun for a while.
- And then you will get to work creating your own unique design.
- Pure wool, real linen cloths and natural latex will be used.
- You will go home with your self-created masterpiece.
Price:
- 140 euros per person.
Practical info:
- Duration is about three hours.
- Includes the materials and tools needed.
- Workshops continue with a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 6 participants.
- Minimum age is 12 years.
- Deadline for registration: at least 4 days before the workshop date.
- Discount: if you register with three or more people, you will receive an additional 10 euro discount per person.
- If you wish to register as a group, you can discuss a date and time of your choice.
- In case of cancellation less than one month before the date, we are obliged to invoice 50% of the registration fee. In case of cancellation on the day of the workshop itself, the full amount will be charged.
- Includes 2 refreshments, coffee, tea and water.

Multi-turn card:
For people, who have become even more enthusiastic after the workshop, they also have turn cards for their open studio which is accessible on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, provided there is no workshop taking place. Just call to reserve a timeslot and you are more than welcome. All tufting supplies are at your disposal.
A multi-share card is 350 euros for 10 hours of tufting.
