Not interested in Black Friday? Pardaf is organising Green Friday in Antwerp
Are you also tired of the annual shopping frenzy? Good news: Pardaf, the trusted second-hand shop in Antwerp’s Gemeentestraat, has opted for a stylish, sustainable and local alternative this November: Green Friday.
From 25 to 29 November 2025, the shop will be transformed into a vibrant platform for Belgian sustainable fashion brands. No impulse purchases, just conscious choices. No fast fashion, just stories of craftsmanship and style with staying power.
Discover fashion with added value
During Green Friday, manager Charlotte Vrydaghs is inviting six Belgian brands, each of which is contributing in its own way to a more sustainable fashion industry. You will find clothing with character, from rain parkas made from old umbrellas to traditionally crafted garments with a story.
🧵 Participating brands:
Moesplay – Marypup – AtelierFlo – Kapitein Koek – Fam the label – Where’els
Each designer is given the space to showcase their collection and sell at a reduced price. All proceeds go directly to the brand – so you’re not only supporting local businesses, but also fair trade.
Buy less, choose better
With Green Friday, Pardaf wants to send a clear message: conscious consumption is not a punishment, but an opportunity. An opportunity to think about what we buy, who makes it and how it is made.
‘Every conscious purchase today lays the foundation for tomorrow’s high-quality second-hand goods,’ says Charlotte. And that’s what Pardaf has been all about for three generations: care, quality and humanity, in a shop where everyone feels welcome.
