The jewels of OR are handmade by founder Lynn herself in her workshop in Ghent. For complex processes, Lynn cooperates with a partner in Antwerp.

For the diamonds, Lynn uses lab-grown diamonds. These are just as strong, beautiful and valuable as classic diamonds. The focus on sustainability at OR goes beyond the jewels themselves. The cardboard boxes in which the jewels are packed also have an FSC label. By doing so, OR wants to keep the ecological impact of its products as small as possible.

OR consciously chooses qualitative silver, gold-plated silver or gold. The permanent collections are entirely made of recycled materials and therefore fit perfectly within the circular economy!

OR sources its materials from within Europe, mainly close to Antwerp or Ghent where the production is conducted. This keeps the supply chain short.

This brand does not use any animal products.

Founder Lynn trained as a goldsmith, making her big dream come true with OR. The label of ​“acknowledged craftswoman” confirms that her work is authentic and that she is skilled in the art of goldsmithing. After her training, Lynn specialised in the lost wax technique. This involves first making a model in wax into which the precious metals are poured, creating beautiful, organic shapes.

For personalised items such as wedding or engagement rings, you can choose recycled or fairmined gold. You can also have OR create a piece of jewellery with natural diamonds with the Kimberley Process label. You can also have your piece of jewellery with repurposed diamonds.

Transparency is central at OR. Lynn listens carefully to your wishes, presents all possibilities and is very open in her communication. This way, you will end up with a beautiful piece of jewellery that fully meets your expectations!
