Le Nap’s entire product range is produced in Portugal, with the fabrics sourced from Italy. This European production guarantees that the factories adhere to stringent EU labour laws and regulations.

Le Nap’s products are made of 100% Tencel Lyocell sourced from the Austrian manufacturer Lenzing. This semi-natural fiber is derived from eucalyptus wood from sustainably managed forests. The natural light colour of Lyocell eliminates the need for chemical bleaching. Furthermore, the production process of Lyocell, with its minimal water usage, is more sustainable compared to traditional fabric production methods, significantly reducing its environmental impact.
Starting in 2021, for their new collections, Le Nap is transitioning to 100% Ecovero sourced from Italy. This fibre, also from sustainably managed forests, offers an enhanced shine, giving the pyjamas a more satin-like look and feel.
Le Nap reworks remnants of their own fabrics for the piping (white edges) of the new pyjamas to avoid waste and to promote the circularity of the pyjamas after use. This way, everything is even more made of one type of material and a pyjama can be more easily reworked into new raw materials after years of use.
Le Nap benefits from a short supply chain thanks to its European manufacturing partners. However, the brand has the opportunity to further enhance its sustainability practices by opting for more sustainable transport options.
