By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts the participation conditions explained below:
I. Object of the participation conditions and organizer.
The organizer of the competition is COSH! or Green Fashion Tours, CoCreate Good Life BV, Bergjesbos 19, 8310 Assebroek.
All persons who qualify for the prizes among all participants according to the participation conditions are eligible to participate in the competition. By participating in the respective competition, these participation conditions are accepted.
The competition is not associated with Instagram or Facebook. It is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by Instagram or Facebook.
II. Participation
All persons are eligible to participate in the competition.
To participate in the competition, the participant’s own Instagram profile must be a subscriber of the accounts @greenfashiontours and @COSH! The competition begins on November 15th, 2022 at 7:00 pm and ends on November 17th, 2022 at 8:00 pm. The prize is transferable. Eligible participants can participate in the competition by liking the competition post (“Like”) and commenting. Green Fashion Tours reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition who violate these participation conditions.
III. Implementation and awarding of prizes
Green Fashion Tours awards the following prizes as part of the competition on Instagram (greenfashiontours): 2x a ticket for a Green Fashion Tour in Berlin for Saturday, November 19th, 2022.
After the competition period, the winner will be drawn at random from all lawful entries and the prizes mentioned above will be awarded. The winner will be notified of the prize via Instagram message. The entitlement to the prize arises exclusively with the receipt of the prize notification.
The entitlement to the prize expires if the winner does not confirm the prize to Green Fashion Tours within 24 hours of receiving the prize notification, providing their full name and contact details. The prize cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. The prize will be sent to the winner by mail to the specified address.
IV. Warranty and liability
By participating in the competition, the participant releases Instagram and Facebook from any liability.
V. Exclusion
A violation of these participation conditions entitles us to exclude the respective participant from participating. This applies in particular if the participant makes false statements or violates applicable law or the rights of third parties. This applies in particular to comments that can be regarded as glorifying violence, offensive, harassing, or derogatory or that violate social norms in any other way.
If the excluded participant is an already drawn winner, the prize can be revoked retrospectively.
VI. Premature termination of the competition
Green Fashion Tours reserves the right to terminate, modify, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if unforeseen technical or legal circumstances occur. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, the appearance of a computer virus, a program error, unauthorized third-party intervention, or mechanical or technical problems that are beyond the control and influence of Green Fashion Tours.
VII. Data protection
The personal data provided by the participant are necessary for the implementation and handling of the competition. The participant is informed that COSH! collects and processes their data for this purpose for the duration of the competition but does not disclose it to third parties. The participant is free to revoke their consent to the processing of their data and withdraw from the competition at any time by contacting Green Fashion Tours (for example, by email to [email protected] or [email protected]). The data will be used exclusively for the implementation of the competition and will be deleted afterwards.
