Slow Down and Bind Your Own Book by Hand
REST in Mortsel, just outside Antwerp, hosts a calm evening workshop dedicated to the ancient craft of Coptic bookbinding. In this beginner friendly session, you make your very own unique little book using leftover paper, a needle and thread, following a centuries-old technique.
It’s a mindful slow-stitching moment: a chance to work with attention, slow right down, and create something tangible you can keep. No experience needed: the technique is approachable and every step is guided.
