Dyeing wool with wild plants

In the mor­ning, toget­her with natu­re guide Anja Goude­se­une, you go for a walk in the Palin­g­be­ek to col­lect the nece­ssary plants. You will learn how to recog­ni­se the­se plants, what they can be used for and how to pick them safely.

In the after­no­on, you then get to work put­ting the wool into jars for dye­ing. Step by step, Isa­bel Decom­bel of the Sjet­te­kas­tje will expla­in the pro­cess and then you will roll up your own sleeves.
