Eva Maria’s Studio

Eva Maria is a visu­al artist and fashion desi­gner from Bru­ges who first laun­ched at ​‘The Box con­cept’ in Bruges. 

Eva Maria doesn’t just view her work as fashion, she views it as moods. She aims to crea­te hap­pi­ness through her vibrant femi­ni­ne pie­ces of art that dou­ble up as clo­thes. She finds inspi­ra­ti­on in her ​“trou­vail­les” which are lef­to­vers, or pre-con­su­mer luxu­ry tex­ti­les, that have crossed her path some­whe­re along the way. Her cir­cu­lar fashion model is a tes­ta­ment to the say­ing ​“one man’s trash is ano­ther man’s treasure”. 

Eva Maria designs at her own pace away from the hust­le and bust­le of the sea­sons in fashion. She embraces slow fashion and the free­dom it gives her to design and make when the inspi­ra­ti­on hits. She seeks to crea­te tim­e­l­ess, dura­ble, uni­que pie­ces that cele­bra­te and app­re­cia­te fema­le diver­si­ty. She also makes a few gen­der-neu­tral pie­ces to be loved by all.
