Swap, Don’t Shop: Give Your Wardrobe a Fresh Update
On Green Friday, 27 November, and Saturday 28 November, Maria Kooper of Outfit Library LESS is hosting a clothing swap for everyone in Arnhem who fancies refreshing their wardrobe. The swap takes place at Een Goed Verhaal on Weverstraat.
It works simply. You bring in clothes you no longer wear and receive swap points in return. You then use those points to pick out something new-to-you from the rails. You don’t have to wait for the swap days to drop off your clothes. You can already hand them in at Een Goed Verhaal during opening hours, which means the rails will be well stocked when the swap opens.
It’s a refreshing alternative to the Black Friday rush. The pieces sitting at the back of your wardrobe go to a new owner, and you go home with something different without buying anything new. Bring a friend, have a browse and see what you find.
