Workshop: Avoid overconsumption

In this onli­ne wor­k­shop, you will learn how to avo­id over­con­sump­ti­on and make con­s­ci­ous pur­c­ha­sing decisions.

Can less be more? Reflect on your con­su­mer beha­vi­our in this inte­rac­ti­ve workshop.

1. toget­her you will exa­mi­ne the reasons for and con­sequ­en­ces of over­con­sump­ti­on in the glo­bal nor­th on eco­lo­gi­cal and soci­al sus­ta­ina­bi­lity in the glo­bal south.

2. in the second part, the posi­ti­ve effec­ts that redu­cing con­sump­ti­on can have, for exam­ple on per­so­nal well-being, will be shown.
