Clothes Swap Party – SWAP IT!

Spring is here and if you are also in the mood for new out­fits this swap event is for you! This time, Kle­ide­rei is part­ne­ring up with dif­fe­rent orga­ni­sa­ti­ons and fri­en­ds to do the famo­us SWAT IT! event on a grand sca­le at the Ruf­f­fac­tory in Colog­ne Ehren­feld.

Bring the clot­hes you won´t be wearing anymo­re and swap them with your next favo­uri­te pieces. Beca­use the lon­ger the life of an item of clot­hing las­ts, the less impact it has on the envi­ron­ment. Besi­des the clot­hes to swap, the­re will be a repa­ir and upcy­cling cor­ner, scre­en prin­ting and dying sta­ti­on, drinks/​food and lots of infor­ma­ti­on abo­ut sus­ta­ina­ble fashion.

Just bring 5 – 10 items of clot­hing, bags, sho­es, jewel­lery and acce­sso­ri­es that are in good con­di­ti­on. (Underwe­ar and hosi­ery are excluded)

Use the day to exc­han­ge ide­as, network – and of cour­se sha­re the fun of fashi­on and take new clot­hes home with you.

Any clot­hes that are left over at the end will be dona­ted to the part­ner, the Ger­man Kle­ider­stif­tung, which uses them for huma­ni­ta­ri­an aid.
