Fidjiart: Workshop Tufting

What is tufting:

Tuf­ting is an exci­ting cre­ati­ve tec­h­nique whe­re you sho­ot yarn thro­ugh a cloth with a tuf­tin­gun, cre­ating a han­d­ma­de rug. The advan­ta­ge is that you can cre­ate beauti­ful textu­res and desig­ns by playing with dif­fe­rent yar­ns, colo­urs and shapes.

For whom:

The wor­k­shop is aimed at anyo­ne who feels like explo­ring the­ir cre­ati­ve side. It is also the ide­al acti­vity for a team buil­ding, bac­he­lor par­ty, bir­t­h­day par­ty or family get-together.

When:

Wed­ne­sday from 1pm to 4pm – 2 x per mon­th 5.30pm to 8.30pm
Fri­day from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Satur­day from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

What can I expect?

• First, you will get an expert expla­na­ti­on on how to use the tuftinggun.
• Then you can explo­re the tuf­tin­g­gun for a while.
• And then you will get to work cre­ating your own unique design.
• Pure wool, real linen clot­hs and natu­ral latex will be used.
• You will go home with your self-cre­ated masterpiece.

Pri­ce:

140 euros per person.

Prac­ti­cal info:

• Dura­ti­on is approx. three hours.
• Inclu­des the mate­ri­als and tools needed.
• Maxi­mum 3 to 6 participants.
• Mini­mum age is 12 years.
• Dis­co­unt: when regis­te­ring with two or more people, you will rece­ive a 10 euro dis­co­unt per addi­ti­onal person.
• If you wish to regis­ter as a gro­up, we can dis­cuss a date and time of your choice.
• In case of can­cel­la­ti­on less than one mon­th befo­re the date, we are obli­ged to invo­ice 50% of the regis­tra­ti­on fee. In case of can­cel­la­ti­on on the day of the wor­k­shop itself, the full amo­unt will be charged.
• Inclu­des 2 refre­sh­ments, cof­fee, tea and water.
