Darning workshop – sock repair

Join Vin­cen­te in Ber­lin Kre­uz­berg for a dar­ning wor­k­shop whe­re you’ll learn tec­h­niqu­es to rein­for­ce worn soc­ks and jum­pers using ​“visi­ble men­ding.” Redu­ce texti­le was­te by repa­iring your clot­hes and making them weara­ble again.

Bring a pair of soc­ks or a knit­ted jum­per with worn are­as (no lar­ge holes), and feel free to bring your own yar­ns. All dar­ning tools and plen­ty of yar­ns will be pro­vi­ded. You’ll leave with a fre­s­hly repa­ired piece, prin­ted ins­truc­ti­ons, and some deli­ci­ous tea.

What to bring:
