How sustainable is Coalatree?
The brand states that the majority of its products are made from recycled or repurposed materials, but there’s no clear overview of the materials used. You can, however, see which material each product is made up of, but these materials are not sustainable and their origin is unknown. Coalatree uses uncertified wool and down, is not transparent about its carbon footprint and doesn’t have a policy in place to minimize emissions. All in all, there’s a lot of room for improvement.
