Palais de l’eau

Palais de l’eau is the reali­zed dream of the Ams­ter­dam mother of two chil­dren, Con­chi­ta van Doorn. Jug­gling both a towel and her 4‑month-old son whi­le bathing, Con­chi­ta was con­vin­ced of a more prac­ti­cal solu­tion. To keep her baby warm, safe and dry, she crea­ted the first Palais de l’eau essen­tial, the Baby Towel. 

Palais de l’eau cares about the envi­ron­ment and its inha­bi­tants, lea­ving its foots­teps in the sand rather than as a foot­print on our pla­net. They have care­fully selec­ted a manu­fac­tu­rer in Por­tu­gal who makes their pro­ducts from 100% orga­nic cot­ton. Whi­le caring for futu­re gene­ra­tions, they con­tri­bu­te to a safe pla­ce for our chil­dren to grow up and enjoy clean water for bathing and playing.

Palais de l’eau’s mis­sion is to lea­ve their foot­print in the sand ins­tead of a foot­print on our pla­net. The next step in this mis­sion is their Recy­cled Denim collec­tion which is made with the most sus­tai­na­ble yarns pos­si­ble! For exam­ple, the Recy­cled Denim Todd­ler Cape is made from 25% belo­ved recy­cled jeans and 75% Tencel (™).
