Palais de l’eau is the realized dream of the Amsterdam mother of two children, Conchita van Doorn. Juggling both a towel and her 4‑month-old son while bathing, Conchita was convinced of a more practical solution. To keep her baby warm, safe and dry, she created the first Palais de l’eau essential, the Baby Towel.
Palais de l’eau cares about the environment and its inhabitants, leaving its footsteps in the sand rather than as a footprint on our planet. They have carefully selected a manufacturer in Portugal who makes their products from 100% organic cotton. While caring for future generations, they contribute to a safe place for our children to grow up and enjoy clean water for bathing and playing.
Palais de l’eau’s mission is to leave their footprint in the sand instead of a footprint on our planet. The next step in this mission is their Recycled Denim collection which is made with the most sustainable yarns possible! For example, the Recycled Denim Toddler Cape is made from 25% beloved recycled jeans and 75% Tencel (™).
