Creen que no tie­ne nada de sos­te­ni­ble pro­du­cir un stock que no saben si se va a ven­der. Es por esto que evi­tan los stocks, y la mayo­ría de sus pren­das se con­fec­cio­nan bajo pedi­do. Hacen moda atem­po­ral por­que quie­ren que pue­das ves­tir sus pren­das duran­te mucho tiempo.

Tra­ba­jan para un gran aba­ni­co de tallas y per­so­nas, por qué defien­den la diver­si­dad. No tole­ran nin­gu­na for­ma de opre­sión por razón de géne­ro, incli­na­ción sexual, ori­gen, color de piel… ni siquie­ra por pre­fe­ren­cias musi­ca­les. Cui­dan su comu­ni­ca­ción y las per­so­nas que eli­gen para sus catá­lo­gos. ¡Por qué la res­pon­sa­bi­li­dad y la cohe­ren­cia son un bási­co! Las imper­fec­cio­nes son reales, son nues­tras y son bellas, por eso no repro­du­cen cáno­nes y este­reo­ti­pos de belleza.

Art & Seams is a brand that only uses natu­ral, orga­nic and vegan fabrics. Whe­ne­ver they can they go back to crafts­manship. They also use reco­ve­red mate­rials, second hand, becau­se they belie­ve that it is very impor­tant to extend the life of things that already exist.

They belie­ve that the­re is nothing sus­tai­na­ble about pro­du­cing stock that they don’t know if it will sell. Tha­t’s why they avoid stocks, and most of their clothes are made to order. They make time­less fashion becau­se they want you to be able to wear their clothes for a long time.

They work for a wide ran­ge of sizes and peo­ple, becau­se they defend diver­sity. They do not tole­ra­te any form of oppres­sion based on gen­der, sexual incli­na­tion, ori­gin, skin colour… not even for musi­cal pre­fe­ren­ces. They take care of their com­mu­ni­ca­tion and the peo­ple they choo­se for their cata­lo­gues, becau­se res­pon­si­bi­lity and cohe­ren­ce are a basic! Imper­fec­tions are real, they are ours and they are beau­ti­ful, tha­t’s why they don’t repro­du­ce canons and ste­reoty­pes of beauty.
