The Polish Colfair makes T‑shirts from GOTS-certified organic cotton from Turkey. The ink the brand uses for the prints is ecological. When printing with ecological inks, no chemicals are released. This is a big advantage for the employee, the customer and the environment. The packaging for the T‑shirts is also ecological, made of biodegradable paper and decorated with water-based paint.
Fair?
The organic cotton is GOTS certified and that guarantees good working conditions and a fair wage on the cotton plantations. However, this certificate cannot be found and therefore has to be checked. The T‑shirts themselves are stitched and printed in Poland. There, the employees also work in a good environment and are paid a good wage.
