All gar­ments in the collec­tion are made of one mate­rial: GOTS cer­ti­fied orga­nic cot­ton. Becau­se it carries this cer­ti­fi­ca­te we are sure of good wor­king con­di­tions on the cot­ton plan­ta­tions. This means that no dan­ge­rous che­mi­cals are relea­sed and that the emplo­yees can also work in clean air. The gar­ments are also made in GOTS fac­to­ries in India and Tur­key, such as Sree Kana­ga Dur­gaa Tex­ti­le in Tirup­pur, Tamil Nadu, India. The­se are regu­larly ins­pec­ted by Con­trol Union. Result: the emplo­yees earn 20% more than the living wage of an ave­ra­ge Indian. They work from 9 to 5 and are rewar­ded for their over­ti­me. For trans­pa­rency, this brand gets at least 100%.

Yes, totally! Becau­se all gar­ments are made of 100% orga­nic cot­ton. This makes the recy­cling of the gar­ments very easy! Due to legis­la­tion, no recy­cled mate­rials may be used to make clothing for babies.
So Duns’ old clothes will get a second life somewhe­re else.
