What is COSH!?
COSH! is a tech scale-up aiming to create a paradigm shift in fashion by making Conscious Shopping easy. We believe that with the help of technology and if all actors, including governments, consumers, brands and retailers, work together, a shift to an ethical and circular economy can be achieved. To work towards that, we are creating tech tools to support the above-mentioned stakeholders to make their journey easier.
Our first web platform making conscious shopping easy for the end consumer is already live! But more is on its way!

Many people are looking for more sustainable shopping choices but can’t tell factual information apart from greenwashing or have difficulty finding local, sustainable options. It’s your responsibility to translate articles, the research, and the sustainability screenings your colleagues made into captivating captions and action-driven social media posts.

Are you our ideal marketing strategist? Do you put reach, client satisfaction and quality above everything else? Do you also like to be hands-on?
We are looking for someone to do the following:
- Persuasive copywriting through fun, rebellious and engaging copy (Dutch & English)
- Nudging through images and text placements
- Passionate about sustainable fashion, zero waste and natural cosmetics
- Social media management is what you adore. You are active on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. TikTok and YouTube knowledge is a bonus.
- You know your way around Google and MS Office programs.
- You can work in Canva (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop knowledge is a plus).
- Writing newsletters in Active Campaign and Mailchimp, or another programme.
- Collaborating with a team and overseeing our content strategy.
- Bonus: You know how to set up and read Google Analytics
- Bonus: You have a basic knowledge of growth hacking and are eager to grow and learn more.
- Bottom line we are looking for a digital activist bursting with creativity and passion.
What does a month in a sustainable fashion marketeer’s life look like?
In the life of a COSH-marketeer, no day is the same. The sustainable fashion world is constantly changing, and so are you:
- 2 – 3 weeks before the start of the next month, you organise the monthly content strategy meeting with other copywriters and the sales teams. You discuss which existing copy (articles) needs to be revised and which new copy needs to be provided the following month.
- You develop original ideas to get more reach and increase our clients’ visibility.
- Every week, you organise a team meeting with the copywriters and other team members who contribute to the social media posts.
- With a passion for sustainable fashion and zero-waste lifestyle products, you write 2 articles every month that are begging to be read (lifestyle blogs, brand overviews, etc.), in addition to the blog posts your fellow copywriters prepare.
- With a creative vision, you design new visuals in Canva or Adobe Illustrator within the established COSH! house style. The created images support the layout and story of all blog posts and translate these into engaging posts on social media and in our newsletters.
- You are responsible for sending out a monthly newsletter to all users (consumers) based on the content strategy (in English and Dutch).
- You also take care of our bimonthly newsletter to our retail members (in English and Dutch).
- You manage all our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) in terms of community management, graphic design and social copy. For Instagram, however, you are not alone. You take consider that social media must also be provided for the weekends.
- You manage B2C Facebook and Google ads and adjust them where necessary.
In addition to the regular tasks above, which you can easily plan, you understand that there are also more occasional ones:
- In line with your passion you stay on top of everything happening in the (sustainable) fashion world and you can provide ad hoc extra social media actions when needed.
- When we organise events or extra partnerships, you are responsible for all communication tools that need to be created and for recruiting as many participants as possible for the event via social media or our newsletters.
- You write a press release approximately 4 – 6 times a year.

- Various tools, software and CMS systems
- Data-driven marketing, Search Engine Optimisation
- For those interested, there might be the option to work in our offices abroad the next couple of years, but this is not a requirement.

- Flawless spelling in social media captions and blog posts
- A steady increase of traffic on the website
- A steady increase of our social media reach
- The country account executives feel supported in their mission to successfully support their clients through your input
