COSH! is a tech scale-up aiming to create a paradigm shift in fashion by making Conscious Shopping easy. We believe that with the help of technology and if all actors, including governments, consumers, brands and retailers, work together, a shift towards an ethical and circular economy can be achieved. To work towards that, we are creating tech tools to support the above mentioned stakeholders to make their journey easier.
Our first web platform making conscious shopping easy for the end consumer, is already live! But a lot more exciting tech is on its way!
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
- Knowledge of sustainability and environmental issues: Understanding of sustainable development, environmental protection, and related topics.
- Knowledge of fashion supply chains, through education and/or a first job in a product management job.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data and information and use it to inform decision making.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Copywriting skills: Ability to create engaging copy in British English that resonates with the target audience, but that is equally desirable for Google
- Translation skills: You are able to translate texts from your German, French, Dutch or Spanish copywriting colleagues into British English.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organisation.
- Project management: Ability to participate in multiple projects and tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- You analyse brand’s webshops, webpages and sustainability reports, curate a list of questions on missing information or to get proof of claims made
- You book appointments with the brands and you interview them.
- You process all the findings to our IP protected brand screening algorithm
- You write their pages in their native languages, and prepare their online (Google Optimised) pages on COSH!. After their approval, you send it via our PM tool to your colleagues for translation or depending on your workload, you translate yourself
- You stay on top of everything that is innovative and can progress the sustainable fashion industry
- You stay on top, acquire and process knowledge on the European laws related to the fashion industry

- Social media management: Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing and updating various social media accounts.

Our head office is located in Bruges, but it is also possible to work from Antwerp, Rotterdam or your home office 2⁄3 of your time.
