Made­moi­selle éco-responsable ?

Le maté­riau le plus uti­li­sé pour les col­lec­tions est le vis­cose. Il est com­po­sé de fibres de bou­leau, de bam­bou et d’eu­ca­lyp­tus. Il est tota­le­ment natu­rel mais cela ne veut pas dire qu’il est éco-res­pon­sable. Le seul moyen d’en être sûr est d’avoir une ges­tion éco-res­pon­sable de la forêt et ce n’est pas men­tion­né. C’est pour­quoi COSH ! a deman­dé des infor­ma­tions com­plé­men­taires à la marque. Il existe éga­le­ment des vête­ments faits en coton bio­lo­gique, mais il n’est pas cer­tain qu’ils seront cer­ti­fiés. Made­moi­selle YéYé est cer­ti­fiée PETA Vegan, ce qui signi­fie qu’au­cune matière ani­male n’a été uti­li­sée dans le pro­ces­sus de pro­duc­tion. Nous ne savons pas non plus où sont pro­duits les vête­ments. Nous aime­rions donc que cette marque soit plus transparente.

Made­moi­selle eco?
The most com­mon mate­rial in the col­lec­tions is vis­cose. This is made of birch, bam­boo and euca­lyp­tus fibres. It’s com­ple­te­ly natu­ral, but that doesn’t mean it’s sus­tai­nable. You can only be sure of this if sus­tai­nable fores­try is assu­red. This is not men­tio­ned here and that is why COSH! has reques­ted fur­ther infor­ma­tion from the brand. There are also some gar­ments made of orga­nic cot­ton, but it is not cer­tain whe­ther they will wear a certificate. 

The brand insists on only wor­king with Oeko­Tex cer­ti­fied fabrics. Eve­ry garment has this label, which means that there are no harm­ful che­mi­cals present on the end pro­duct, nor are they dischar­ged into the wastewater.

Made­moi­selle YéYé is PETA Vegan appro­ved, which means that no ani­mal mate­rials were used in the pro­duc­tion pro­cess. We also do not know where the pro­duc­tion takes place. So we would have liked this brand to be much more transparent.
