Eco dreamland

Leti­cia Cre­di­dio’s night­wear is made from 100% natu­ral mate­rials, inclu­ding Modal, Cupro and orga­nic cot­ton. The brand also uses the inno­va­ti­ve Sea­CellTM in a blend with OEKO-TEX Micro­mo­dal. Sea­cell is made from a com­bi­na­tion of 95% lyo­cell and 5% sea­weed. The sea­weed is grown by Smart­fi­bres at the Len­zing Group plan­ta­tions. The pro­duct, the­re­fo­re, under­goes the same pro­ce­du­re as Lyo­cell and is fully Oeko­tex 100 cer­ti­fied and the­re­fo­re che­mi­cal-free. On top of that, it is also very good for your health, becau­se the mate­rial also pas­ses on nutri­tious subs­tan­ces such as vita­mins, amino acids and mine­rals to your body. How cool is that? For other collec­tions, the brand uses a blend of orga­nic cot­ton and lyocell. 

The use of plas­tic and the dis­po­sal of subs­tan­ces is not done for this brand. This way it uses up all the fabrics. Leti­cia Cre­di­dio does this for exam­ple by using it as pac­ka­ging. If the­re is not enough fabric lef­to­ver, the brand simply collects fabric at a recy­cling point in Lon­don. Zero Was­te? Dou­ble yes!

All gar­ments are made of the same mate­rial, making them easy to recycle.

The clothing comes into its own in a workshop in Emi­la Romag­na, Italy. The­re, the seams­tres­ses work in fair wor­king con­di­tions and recei­ve a good salary for their services.
