COSH! is a tech scale-up aiming to create a paradigm shift in fashion by making Conscious Shopping easy. We believe technology that if all actors, government, consumers, brands and retailers work together there will be a shift to a slavery-free and circular economy. In order to work towards that we are creating tech tools to support the above mentioned stakeholders to make their journey easier.

Our first web platform making conscious shopping easy for the end consumer is life already!

What is required?
  • Knowledge of sustainability and environmental issues: Understanding of sustainable development, environmental protection, and related topics.

  • Stakeholder engagement: Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including community members, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and business partners, including local retailers, to promote sustainability initiatives.

  • Creative problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve complex sustainability challenges and develop innovative solutions.

  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and information and use it to inform decision making.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer service and support: Ability to provide effective and efficient support to retail customers, business customers and/ or community members.

  • Content creation: Ability to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience on different media like the website, social media and more.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal Catalan, Spanish and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization. Focus on Catalan and Spanish language.

  • Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Marketing: Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key individuals and organizations in the community.

  • You are the main point of contact for our retail members
    • You reach out through marketing funnels or by in person visits to all prospects stores

    • You get to know them, evaluate on sustainability, explain them to COSH! Benefits and close the deal so they become members to the platform benefitting from both online ( as well as offline visibility (maps and tours)

  • You write their pages in their native languages, Mainly in Catalan and Spanish, and prepare their online (Google Optimised) pages on COSH!. sometimes English, after their approval, you send it in our PM tool to your colleagues for translation or depending on workload you translate yourself

  • You are responsible for the printed shopping guides, meaning throughout the year you focus on onboarding stores in specific city areas.

  • You prepare the Catalan press release (copywriting)

  • You curate and maintain press contacts (once the business grows, support will come)

  • You are responsible for the Catalan Social Media at first.

  • You are the single point of contact for people booking sustainable fashion and circular economy tours and coördinate the freelancers.

  • You set-up partnership with city councils.

  • Success is measured by 10-15 monthly new store onboardings. Flawless PM of the printed shopping guide, and minimal churn.
    • In the first phase of the job, this mainly means talking to every single client store on the GFT maps, in the run-up to their prints. Normally onboarding in this first phase should be easier as we are taking over GFT.

    • Social media management: Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing and updating various social media accounts.
